Automation QA Engineer

Education Qualification: B.Tech ( CS) / MCA

Experience: 5 to 7 years experience in QA / Automation Testing as a must.

The candidate should:

  • Be creative, passionate, and intelligent person who loves building things 
  • Have a real can-do attitude, are driven and enjoy working in a fast-paced collaborative environment 
  • Have extensive experience working in Agile environments with strong Selenium / Cypress skills. 
  • Be skilled in creating multiple types ofautomation and regression packs. 
  • Is able to work easily within a scrum team to define Behavior Driven Development (BDD) scenarios. 
  • It is able to analyse, debug and diagnose code quickly and efficiently.

Role purpose

The role of the Automation QA will be responsible for developing automation tests for new and existing products, and will include the following:

  • Writingautomation tests for features across our global site(s) –  to be used by millions of people everyday 
  • Providing estimation for the preparation ofautomation tests before undertaking the development 
  • Migrating existing Selenium tests to Cypress. 
  • Work to improveautomation codebase and improving automation performance during regressions
  • Debug and fixingautomation issues 
  • Code reviews, coaching and mentoring, helping to improve best practice 
  • Review and refactorautomation code written by developers to reduce QA tickets.

Hyperion Application Support (Essbase, Planning)

Job responsibilities/Essential Functions, including but not limited to the following:
  •  Installation and configuration of key business systems and related tools on various operating system environments, including UNIX, Linux, and Windows Server
  •  WebLogic and Tomcat Administration, Configuration experience • Ensure that all components of all environments are available for use and functioning properly
  •  Ensure that application performance is acceptable Work with Oracle Support on SRs on any issues, analyze and apply any patches or upgrades required by Oracle
  •  Coordinate support activities with infrastructure teams, security teams, applications teams and managed service provider pertaining to the Data Management Services/Hyperion environments

D365 F&O SCM Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Consultant

  • End to End implementation and support of D365FO/AX2012. Knowledge of the AOT, objects and structures.
  • Experience of D365 FO Enterprise Asset management module implementation & Support.
  • Knowledge of following modules -  Product information management, Procurement and sourcing, Inventory Management, Sales and marketing, Quality management, Advance warehouse or warehouse management, Transport management,
  • Manage the development and launch of new features and functionality through the entire product development lifecycle, from concept through implementation, and release
